Over the years we created a community of people, who talked about his many roles (including Starbuck and the Faceman), about Macrobiotics – basically all things Dirk Benedict, and more; we are people who initially came together to celebrate Dirk, his career, and his books, but we discovered that we have much more in common and became a community of friends. A few items we need you to know:

**11/21/2024: Time for a bit of housecleaning and catching up! By all accounts, the Holland Comic Con was a rousing success for all concerned, and Dirk was a major success and was kept busy the entire weekend! Our thanks to the people who put that on, and especially to the people who took the time to come out to see him! It was a great time!

On another note, it seems Dirk’s impostors on the various social media platforms are being allowed to operate unimpeded by the platform operators; curtailing impersonators is not, apparently, high on their list of priorities. Be aware, though, that not all “Dirk Benedict” accounts are fake – I do know of a few legit “Dirk Benedicts” out there, and there are several “fan” pages devoted to him (which are great, thank you!), but the legit pages don’t claim to be “our” Dirk Benedict. So, keep an eye out for those, report them when you see them, and warn your friends not to follow them.

**6/18/2024: To our European friends, I am beyond pleased to announce that October 13-14, 2024, in Amsterdam, Holland, Dirk will appear at the Comic Con there! The ink on the agreement wasn’t even dry before they started posting about it, too… That’s cool with me, though, really. And to be perfectly honest, I was delighted to hear the news, too. I know how much Dirk loves his fans and was hoping against hope that he’d connect with an event or two on that side of The Pond to see his European fans soon. And this October is soon!
